Private Laser Tag Parties

Thank You for choosing to have your birthday party at Eby’s. We appreciate your business and will do our best to make this party a success. Listed below are a few guidelines when renting the rink out privately.

*Eby’s now has two sets of doors for entry. Instruct your guests to enter the building at the main entrance (center doors). This is an entrance into the lobby.

*Laser tag parties are setup on a flat rate. There is no limit to the number of people who may attend the party. However, we only send 20 people into the arena at a time. The more guests you have the less games per person.

*You are renting the facility for two hours of private use. You will be expected to be cleaned-up and out within the two hours. Given the time limit it is best to keep decorations to a minimum. Items may not be hung, tacked or taped to the walls or beams. Table decorations are fine and all balloons must be anchored or weighted down.

*The facility is made available to the host 10 minutes before the scheduled party for set-up.

*No outside food or drink may be brought in for laser tag parties. The only item you are allowed to bring in is a birthday cake or other celebratory food (cupcakes, brownies, etc.). There are 6 pitchers of soda included with the package.

*You are NOT allowed to bring in your own music for laser tag parties.

*Your $25.00 nonrefundable deposit will be deducted from your bill before final payment. Should you have to cancel for any reason your deposit will be forfeited. All date changes must be made 10 days in advance. No changes in your scheduled date will be accepted after this period and the deposit will be forfeited.
