Private Skating Parties

Thank You for choosing to have your birthday party at Eby’s. We appreciate your business and will do our best to make this party a success. Listed below are a few guidelines when renting the rink out privately.

*Eby’s now has two sets of doors for entry. Instruct your quests to enter the building at the private party/birthday party entrance. This is a direct entrance into the skating rink.

*Your fee is based on the number of skaters. Any spectators (non-skaters) will not be counted in your totals. We keep track by handing out tickets at the door to only those that are going to skate.

*The rink is made available to the host 10 minutes before the scheduled party for set-up. Private parties have use of the game room with seating for approx. 40 people.

*You are renting the rink for two hours of private use. You will be expected to be cleaned-up and out within the two hours. Given the time limit it is best to keep decorations to a minimum. Items may not be hung, tacked or taped to the walls or beams. Table decorations are fine and all balloons must be anchored or weighted down.

*The rink does not provide any ice, freezer, or refrigeration space. You are allowed to bring in coolers with ice, drinks, cake, snacks, etc.

*Eby’s has a large selection of current pop and hip hop songs. It is not required that you bring in your own music, however if you would like to make sure we play a certain song or artist, you or your guests may bring in their own Music CD’s. (No I-pods or thumb drives please)

*Your $25.00 nonrefundable deposit will be deducted from your bill before final payment. Should you have to cancel for any reason your deposit will be forfeited. All date changes must be made 10 days in advance. No changes in your scheduled date will be accepted after this period and the deposit will be forfeited.
