Skating Birthday Parties
Thank You for choosing to have your birthday party at Eby’s. We appreciate your business and will do our best to make this party a success. Listed below are a few guidelines to help your party run smoothly.
*Eby’s now has two sets of doors for entry. Instruct your quests to enter the building at the private party/birthday party entrance. This is a direct entrance into the skating rink. An attendant will be there to assist and this will help to eliminate any confusion about where to go.
*Please provide us with a list either by phone or email of the guests that are expected to attend. The list will help us keep the party organized and eliminate any confusion on your final bill. You will only be charged for the number of quests that show.
*For birthday parties an attendant will get everything set-up for your party. Any items that you would like on the table should be given to the attendant in advance. As a general rule, we try to get everything set-up and ready to go between 3:00 and 3:30. We will then call your group into the snack bar area when everything is ready. The attendant will serve the ice cream sundaes.
*At check-in each guest will be given at the door:
- One ticket for admission and skate rental
- LED Flashing light stick
*Anyone that arrives just to observe will not be charged a fee. There is no spectator fee. Should anyone not on your list decided to skate they will be charged an admission and skate rental fee at the door. Adults included in your party that you would like to pay for to skate can be added to your list. Adults will not be charged the party rate they will only be charged an admission and skate rental fee.
*Your $25.00 nonrefundable deposit will be deducted from your bill before final payment. Should you have to cancel for any reason your deposit will be forfeited. All date changes must be made 10 days in advance. No changes in your scheduled date will be accepted after this period and the deposit will be forfeited.
*Given the nature of the party keep any extra decorations to a minimum. Items may not be hung, tacked or taped to the walls or the beams. Table decorations are fine and all balloons must be anchored or weighted down.
*If you schedule a party with us you are allowed to bring in a cake. Eby’s will provide plates, napkins and a utensil to cut the cake. All you have to bring is the cake and candles.
