When Scheduling a Birthday Party:
What you need to know before scheduling
a Birthday Party with us.
All scheduled birthday parties require a $50 non refundable deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of the party. Should you cancel for any reason you will lose your deposit.
Pricing is based on a minimum of 8 kids (20 for large group skate). Should you have less than 8 kids you will still pay the full price. For groups larger than 15 kids there will be a $15 surcharge. Please note we can only send 20 kids in at once to play laser tag. Laser tag parties during public hours can not have more than 20 kids. If you are expecting a large group we recommend checking out our private party packages.
We do have a dress code. Your guests will need a shirt with sleeves to play laser tag (t-shirts are ok) and socks to skate.
Please note there is a height requirement of 44" to play laser tag. If you have guests that do not meet this requirement, they will not be able to play laser tag.
If your party package includes laser tag your guests will play both games of laser tag first and skate after refreshments and laser tag. The laser tag times can not be changed as we are reserving a specific time for your guests to play tag.
The facility is made available to the host 10 minutes before scheduled party time. Please do not arrive early your tables may NOT be available.
The host is allowed to bring in a cake or desert for celebration (NO ice cream). No other food items or beverages can be brought into the facility.
Eby's will provide table cloth, cups, forks, plates and napkins.
Decorations must be kept to a minimum. Items may not be hung, tacked or taped to the walls, tables or the beams. Table decorations are fine and all balloons must be anchored or weighted down.
